I have tried other scanners but this one is the easiest to use and having the ability to troubleshoot ABS is nice. I also like the live data feature that allows you to run and/or drive the vehicle to see readings that help in troubleshooting. Best of all the price is right!
Great item. I have used it a couple of times, works just fine. The only thing I miss is that it didn't work for the ABS light in my 1996 Yukon SLE. It doesn't communicate with the ABS system of this truck. Everything else, it's all good!
The system is very user friendly and useful for novice as well as professional with out the expense of the snap-on or dealer price.
I lent it to a friend who has had OBD II system problems with intermittent fault problems and it worked great for him and he popped up with an ABS fault when he was on the final test drive and he corrected it right away.
This is my first OBD II scanner. I shopped for a while before buying and chose this unit because of the features that came with it for the cost. So far I love it! Easy to use although, I am still learning the more advanced functions. I am excited to learn more and use this unit to its potential!
Gives good emission test results and also helps you decide on cars you're buying just incase the owner resets or deletes the check engine lights. But it won't or does not have the DTC abs codes for nissan
This product tests new technology
found in autos and is well documented and relatively easy to perform tests with.
The unit pinpointed a ABS problem and saved me probably hours of going through
the truck manual and performing component tests.
